It's Valentine's Day. So I thought maybe it's time to show a little love to this blog that I've callously ignored for almost two years. Rekindle that fire. Fuel the romance between me and myself. Buy myself a heart-shaped box of Russell Stover chocolates and plow through them like Robert Baratheon over a boar. Happy Valentine's Day, baby. You look great.
Today is a great night to go bar hopping, isn't it? I mean, aside from Halloween, when has there ever been an easier ice-breaker?
"Hi there...so, it looks like you don't have anyone pampering you tonight? Would you like one?"
Not sure how that one would go over, but don't use it as gospel...just a launching off point. The gist is that mutual loneliness, like a great Halloween costume, is a fantastic ice-breaker. So use it to your advantage.
